Account & Data Deletion

You can manage, delete specific data, or request full deletion of your STRENTH account at any time. Select the option that best fits your needs.


How to delete specific data without deleting your account

You can manually delete specific individual data records directly within the STRENTH app while keeping your account active. Deleting these records removes them from both your device and our servers. This includes:

Note: If you delete your account entirely, all of the above data, along with your AI Coach chat history, goals, and profile data, will be automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.

How to delete your entire account

If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so directly in the app or by submitting a request.

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app

  1. Open the STRENTH app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile screen.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Edit Profile.
  5. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm by tapping Delete My Account.

Option 2 — Submit a request below

If you cannot access the app, fill in the form below. We will send the deletion confirmation (or confirm specific data deletion) to the email address linked to your account.

Must match the email used to create your STRENTH account.

Maximum 1000 characters.


What gets deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we will permanently delete:

What may be retained

We may retain certain data for a limited period where required by law or legitimate operational necessity:

Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes and is not used for marketing or product improvement.
